I called into the store with an issue on my retired ambulance after another tire shop attempted a repair, but made things worse. When I called, the nicest person answered the phone and said come right in. I showed up within 10 minutes was met with a smile and met Chris who listened, took my concern and fixed the problem within minutes! I was so impressed because customer service appears to be a thing of the past. This shop was GREAT and I highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Stopped in a few months ago for new rear tires for our motorhome. Got a quote for 4 new Coopers ,Installed balanced and old disposal. Stopped in 6 weeks latter to make arrangements for the install and was told the Coppers were not available any more . My sales man found a better deal on a set of 4 from Hercules. Long story short several hundred $ less and rides much better than it ever did on the Firestones. I will be back!

Patty and they folks took special care of our emergency situation. We were on the road with our RV traveling back to Kentucky when we noticed our tires were showing signs of extreme tire wear. When we called for help they respond with the uttermost concern for us. They installed 4 new tires on our RV and we were back on the road withing an hour. Many thanks to the great staff at Best One Tires. We would highly recommend their expert service to all; they are truly the BESTONE! Thanks again.

After getting 4 brand new tires and alignment on my 2012 kia, i need to tell you my car drives like a brand new car. There is no outside noise at all now, which is some of what i was hearing. Two weeks ago i had Best One work on the front end. At that time i was told that i needed 3 tires. They gave me a price and i told them just go ahead and order 4 tires. These guys really know what there doing. They are so friendly and so easy to work with. I would recommend them to any one.
